Yes , great choice to have pre endurance effort . I’m a 57old endurance athlete , sustained my energy levels over 3 plus hours .

I've been using this product for around 7 years now and it's still my go-to for either my bike races, road running and tail running events. I don't have that hit - the-wall sensation whilst out on the course at any time.

I used to use Endure a few years ago when I was doing a lot of bigger rides. I love the fact there are no sugar spikes, it's just a constant drip feed of fuel, which is fantastic! It tastes great, it's not too sweet, it mixes well unlike so many brands that clump together & it doesn't leave your mouth sticky.

These chews are nice, soft and not too sweet. Exactly what you need from a carb-dense product that you intent to consume more than once during a race.

Excellent product to hydrate me if need

A suffer from severe cramping and have tried everything on the market. 32Gi has the answer Cramps Assault came to the rescue. I added these anti-Cramps and electrolyte Gels to my gel schedule during my TdU schedule this year(2026) and did not secure to a single cramps (that included those horrific night time cramps). Thanks 32Gi I will be continuing to utilise Cramps Assault as part of my on bike fuelling schedule.

I have now found the elixir for training and racing. These gels not only taste great but also are mess free when you eat them. They are also easy to tuck back in your jersey or under your Knick shorts.
