Trying to fuel with electrolytes during a race is challenging if you are trying to maintain a pace so this little snapper is perfect and easy to use. If you do start to cramp, it takes it away in less than a minute. Even for long runs, I carry them with me because of the convenience they offer. The taste is great too.

Love this product. Seen that someone else commented on offering mixed boxes. Would love to see that happen.

I use this for my long rides. One bottle with this, and one bottle of electrolytes. Easy peasy.

I am not professional athlete, I run to get fit and healthy with acceptable BMI. This year I took this running very serious and joined a running club.
I have done 2 half marathons after doing 10K and 15K a number of times.
I first got the Recover supplement take after a hard 15K and never experienced body pains the following day.
So I bought bundle pack to try different products. I followed instructions and the results were amazing.
As I am writing this review I just finished hectic 21K Soweto marathon.
It feels like I did not run it because I took Recover, Hydrate after the race
Prior the race for 3 days I took Hydrate, Endure and Racepro and Prerace meal. I love the energy. The products sustained me for longer to keep going.
During the race I supplemented with energy bars, gels and Hydrate.
The weather was hot during Soweto marathon, hydrating with just water was suicidal.
If I did not arm myself with right products I probably did not finish the race or took longer to finish.
Thanks to cramp assault I do not have cramps even post race.

It's a great package deal. I was introduced to the 32Gi product at Comrades Marathon. They did wonders for my running. I'm slowly transitioning to 31Gi products. I used them at the Soweto Marathon. Great products, easy to use and it works!

Was directed to a fantastic offer by our cycling group. Over R1000 of product for R200. An offer I couldn’t refuse. Was most surprised when the parcel arrived and it was everything it said it would be.
Been slowly working through the various products on long and short rides, loving all of it. Will definitely be buying more as I run out.
