I love the hydrate tabs but was wary of the pace pro as was worried the texture would be weird for me. Just got back from a long run and happy to say it was fine, a bit like chocolate pudding but not too sweet. And definitely gave me sustained energy.

Started using race pro chocolate for the cape epic, used 12 scoops per bottle that lasted me for 3 hours, next bottle only powder and added after 3 hours. No gels no bars no hunger energy level optimum for all 8 days even after each day. Only ate a marmite sandwiche at every water point and refilled my backpack with water and worked on one hydrate tab per hour in my hydration pack. Definately the best endurance product i have used ever. Im also a big cramper and never cramped in the whole of the cape epic.
